Ik ben er even niet (Are You There?) by Maartje Nevejan won DELTA Price for the best long documentary in the program DELTA Day of the Zeeland film in Film Festival Film by the Sea in Vlissingen, province Zeeland). The festival took place on 10-20 September 2020 and it was the first film festival in the Netherlands to take place in the cinema (with distancing protocol) and not online during COVID!
Film by the Sea presents the DELTA Day of the Zeeland Film. Film by the Sea has become a true source of inspiration for many Zeeland filmmakers. The number of filmmakers from Zeeland grows every year. Beautiful ideas are created and many of them are implemented. As usual, the last Saturday of the festival is dominated by the Zeeland cinema. Cash prizes can be won in both categories: DELTA Award for the Best short documentary (max 20 min.), DELTA Award for the Best long documentary (min. 60 min.) and Lionsclub Vlissingen Award for the Best fiction film.
